MCC Group, Inc was founded in April 1976 as a national collection agency. Affirmative Research Residential Screening was aquired in 1987 to offer additional services to the multi-housing industry. Credit Scan, Inc, a residential screening and collection agency was added in 1991. The principals of MCC have been involved in ownership and asset management for as long as 40 years, realizing the challenges and need for providing credit risk management services and experience to the industry.
